Cicis Pizza Chicken Noodle Soup
1 lb chicken tenders or breast diced into small cubes
3 stalk celery diced into tiny pieces
1 large carrot or 4 babby carrots sliced thinly
half large white onion chopped tiny
2 tbs butter
bout 4 packets crushed red pepper flakes
1 large pot
celery flakes ( u can use oregano or Italian seasoning
Sautee veggies til translucent
Brown cubed chicken in butter add a little celery flakes and garlic salt
In your large pot add veggies and fill 1/3 full of water add 2 packets red pepper add browned chicken and cook on med about 30 minutes adding water as needed
Add half a box of cavatapi noodles and left over pepper this is the time to adjust ur seasons less is, more lol cook for another 5 minutes remove soup from heat cover with lid wait about 20 minutes and enjoy.. I add ice cubes to cool the noodles from expanding to much they will expand

|1-1/2 cups heavy whipping cream|
|3 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese|
|1/2 teaspoon salt|
|1 tablespoon minced fresh parsley|
|1 prebaked 12-inch thin pizza crust|
|1 cup cubed cooked chicken breast|
|1 cup thinly sliced baby portobello mushrooms|
|1 cup fresh baby spinach|
|2 cups shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese|
- In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt butter. Add garlic cook and stir for 1 minute. Add cream cook until liquid is reduced by half, 15-20 minutes. Add the Parmesan cheese, salt and pepper cook and stir until thickened. Remove from the heat stir in parsley. Cool slightly., Place crust on an ungreased baking sheet spread with cream mixture. Top with chicken, mushrooms, spinach and mozzarella cheese. Bake at 450° for 15-20 minutes or until cheese is melted and crust is golden brown.

The sauce will thicken more as it cools, but will still be creamy enough to easily spread over pizza dough. If you wish to thicken the sauce, you can rewarm slightly in the microwave just until spreadable.

|2/3-1 cup classico alfredo sauce|
|25 leaves spinach|
|1/4 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded|
|1/4 cup parmesan cheese, shredded|
- Roll out the fresh pizza dough into a 12 inch circle, and place onto your stone or sheet.
- Spread the alfredo sauce around and out to the edges and then lay the spinach on top of that, making sure not to overlap pieces of spinach.
