Incredibly sad food! Not to mention pricey, I paid extra for “extra” cheese on my pasta and I literally could count the shredded cheese pieces they put on after the “extra”. The pasta itself was simply boiled thrown in some sad watery sauce – had no flavor. I will never go back and I don’t say that about many restaurants. So disappointing!!

Are you looking for a great place to grab a fast lunch or a quick take-out dinner? Well, look no further than Let?s Be Frank Italian eatery located in the Beer Store plaza at Davis and Leslie. LBF is one of snaps Newmarkets favorite local restaurants since they have recently introduced a new menu it seemed a great time to pick up a freshly cooked dinner to take home. Our delicious meal included Penne Alla Vodka, Chicken Limone and Marsala and a Pesto Bocconcini Pizza which given the large portion sizes was more than enough to feed the hungry men in my house.

The pasta was cooked to perfection, the tomato vodka cream sauce was to die for, with the pancheta and caramelized onions added it was a wonderful taste combination that we will be ordering again and again. Both of the Chicken dishes were excellent, it was hard to decide which one we preferred. The Limone includes pan-seared chicken breast topped with a lemon white wine sauce which was so tender it literally melted in our mouths. The Marsala sauce, made in house, was perfectly seasoned combined with the tender chicken medallions and mixed mushrooms it was a taste sensation. All of LBF pizzas are homemade on a Durum Semolina Crust which is then stone baked. After your first bite, you can taste the freshness of all the ingredients. Pesto, light tomato sauce, fresh tomatoes, mozzarella and bocconcini combined to make this a truly memorable pizza.

To maintain a warm inviting dining environment and lower energy costs, the Arizona restaurant chain recently converted its lighting to EarthBulb LEDs for all of its locations. Scott Kilpatrick, CEO and President of Sauce Pizza and Wine, said, We wanted to reduce our electricity consumption, lower our maintenance costs, and maintain the control of light levels at each of our locations. The switch to EarthTronics LEDs enabled them to meet those goals and allows them to concentrate on their food and our guests. The conversion to LEDs reduced energy consumption by 80 percent overall, as well as maintenance time and costs, said Bartelt. Thats a lot of pizzas.

Food was quality and in line with the price. If you have been to MOD, Blaze, etc, this is what you are getting here. the staff was hustling, and the experience was as expected.

Sauce is located near the higher end outdoor mall in Albuquerque. You enter with the menu overhead, place your order, seat yourself, and your order is eventually brought to your table. The menu was typical pizza restaurant fare, with salads and pastas and desserts, as…well as wine of course. The Caesar salad was fresh, and the wine offerings were actually pretty good. Try the CAPRESE BRUSCHETTA, it is outstanding, along with the BRUSCHETTA, add the MOZZARELLA, FONTINA & BASIL and you have a great meal for two with Pizza left over to take home. We add the MIXED GREEN salad with ranch dressing it is really good….Our daughter in Phoenix took us there a couple years ago and we tried the one in Albuquerque, just before COVID and it was outstanding, we have been there twice this month, we would go there more often but we live in Rio Rancho, NM about a 40 minute drive. But if we are in that part of Albuquerque we will eat there if possible.More
