Charboy’s Hot & Sweet Asian Seafood Stir Fry
Create a yummy super easy meal for family night.
- 45 minutes prep and cook time
Step 1: In large bowl, mix together all fresh vegetables with Â½ cup of Charboyâs Hot & Sweet Asian sauce and set aside. . In a separate large bowl, mix together all seafood with 4 oz of Charboyâs Hot and Sweet Asian sauce set aside.
Step 2: Boil and cook rice with 1 tablespoon of butter or olive oil. Heat oil in 2 large skillets over medium-high heat. Add fresh vegetables into one skillet, cook and stir for 2-3 minutes. Add seafood in another skillet, cook and stir 2-3 minutes.
Step 3: Serve seafood and vegetables over cooked rice.

Siam Hibachi Spiciest Dish In Columbus Series
Never met a curry we didnt like.
Tucked in between a City BBQ and a Cricket Mobile, Siam Hibachi sits in a small plaza off Stringtown Road. As of this writing, weve officially reviewed 67 locations in and around Columbus, but hadnt shown any love to Grove City. Coming highly recommended, Siam Hibachi seemed like a good fit. Weve had luck with Thai dishes before and whats better than some curry on a hot summer night? There still seems to be some broad debate over which is spicier in general between green and red curries, but weve made the decision to choose the green pill and go that route from here on out.
The inside of Siam Hibachi is warm and inviting and in non-COVID times I imagine its a nice little spot to dine in, with room for roughly twenty patrons. They have the floors well-marked for six feet of separation and keep their pens in a nice sanitized manner, asking you to drop the used pen into a separate bucket. Ordering online has become the new norm and not everyone does it well, but Siam Hibachis system is insanely easy and ensures you have the ability to set the proper spice level , very important for the spicy seekers.

Is Sweet Chili Sauce The Same As Sriracha
Sweet chili sauce, also known as Thai chili sauce, is made using dried chili flakes and is primarily a sweet condiment that also has sour and spicy notes. Sriracha is a spicy, bright red chili sauce made with peppers, vinegar, garlic, and a few other ingredients. How To Make Spicy Mango Sauce
The mangoes I used weigh about 500 grams each, so if you are using smaller mangoes, you might need to use extra. If you want to keep the sauce looking more ‘yellow’ instead of orange, simply replace the red Thai chilis with spicy yellow chilis, like the Siam chili, and it will keep the sauce color more similar to a mango. If you use red bell peppers it will turn the sauce quite red.
This is an easy mango recipe to make. Simply cook all the ingredients together before using a stick blender to combine together. You need to be careful as can will burn yourself as the mango sauce is super hot! If you’d like your sauce to be less runny, then add a corn starch slurry to thicken.
You can also use frozen mangoes if fresh aren’t available. Check the ripeness and taste the sweetness of the mangoes. Frozen mangoes are usually picked unripe, therefore they’ll need extra sugar in the mango sauce, adjust to your taste.

What Type Of Mangoes Do I Use For Chili Sauce
I always buy a mango called R2E2 Mango, which can weigh up to 1 kilo ! R2E2 simply means Row 2 Experiment 2, from the governments mango research facility in Bowen, Queensland. R2E2 is the 3rd most popular mango sold in Australia, and is sought after for export markets. I love the giant size and the great flavour this mango gives, and it’s non-fibrous or stringy like some varieties. R2E2 is NOT genetically modified, just has a funny name!
Not all mangoes are the same, you want to use mangoes that are not stringy and fibrous. If you eat a mango, and there are lots of fibres in your teeth, then it’s the wrong one! Try to use fibre free mangoes. When I was in Bolivia, I made this mango sauce with wild mangoes. The flavor was good, but the fibrous pulp was difficult. After boiling and blending the mangoes, we had to strain them before continuing with the recipe. So it’s possible to use common mangoes , but it requires a further step of straining. In the video I use a Honey Gold Mango, and in the USA, I recommend Valencia Pride Mangoes.
