• Leftover bones from meals or organic turkey, chicken, or beef bones
• Water
• 2 tablespoons of vinegar or lemon juice
• Slow cooker or large pot

Step One

Rinse the bones thoroughly to remove any sauce or seasonings. Place your clean bones in the pot or cooker and add enough water to covers all of the bones. Then place your pot onto the stove.

Step Two

Add one to two teaspoons of lemon or vinegar. This light acid ensures that meat, collagen, and all that good stuff falls off the bone. Dont add too much though it can make the broth too bitter for your cat.

Feel free to use bones with some meat and fat on it, itll make the soup even more like a meal.

Step Three
