We’d be lying if we said the future is as glorious as we dreamed it would be those many moons ago.
We have “hoverboards” that don’t actually hover.
We can do video phone calls, but the shonky Aussie internet means it keeps conking out.
It’s all pretty underwhelming.
But the disappointment of the 2010s is about to be behind us, once the most significant invention of the decade is commercially available: a dipping sauce holder for your car.
Yep, a second renaissance of human achievement has dawned and it was heralded by the DipClip.

It’s a simple device created to allow people to easily dip a nugg, a chip or even a carrot stick into sauce as they drive.
It was gifted to humanity by golden trio William Moujaes, Tony Lahood, and Michael Koury, who form Milkmen Design.
“It all started about 10 years ago during a road trip to Michigan,” Moujaes told Pickle.
“When a nugget-and-french-fry craving hit us, we pulled into the nearest drive-thru and placed our orders.
And then the struggle began.
“Trying to balance sauce packets on our knees while we dunked our nuggets and fries, the inevitable happeneda freshly-opened package of BBQ sauce tumbled uncontrollably onto the seat.
“Annoyed and aggravated, we said to ourselves, ‘there has to be a better way’.
“Moments later, the vision for DipClip took shape.”
A prototype was made and it became popular among their friends.
