The final new Hot Ones hot sauce is a mild version of the Last Dab using Chile De Arbol peppers. This sauce allows us to enjoy more of the delicious flavor of the Last Dab without having to have a glass of milk on standby.

Inviting Gordon Ramsay onto a show highlighting food naturally causes anxiety in everyone involved. Onboarding a man known for completely eviscerating the quality of meals he eats likely spells trouble, but Hot Ones knew they needed to sit down with the sultan of slurs to test his tolerance.
Running a successful kitchen, like Ramsay does, involves meticulous preparation, and boy, he arrives prepared. While most guests settle for the water and milk provided, Ramsay brings doughnuts, lemon and lime juice, and antacid. Hes ready to rumble.
Of course, going an entire episode without some kind insult just isnt Ramsays style. At one point, he claims the wings are getting f***ing smaller and smaller, and one even looks like my grandads f***ing big toe. But, he puts his disdain aside for one sauce in particular: the Hot Ones Los Calientes sauce. About 10 minutes into the interview, he actually praises the sauce, saying, Thats quite nice. I like that. Its quite zesty.

Hot Ones is a YouTube sensation that has taken the internet by storm. It is produced by First We Feast and Complex Media and is hosted by Sean Evans.
First debuting in March 2015 the shows format consists of host Sean Evans interviewing a celebrity guest while both eat 10 chicken wings, each served with a progressively hotter hot sauce and culminating in The Last Dab, a sauce produced by Hot Ones themselves with a Scoville rating of 2,000,000+ units. The Last Dab was developed by legendary chilehead Smokin Ed Currie of PuckerButt Pepper Co., the creator of the infamous Carolina Reaper, the worlds hottest pepper.
The shows tagline, stated by Evans at the beginning of each episode, is The show with hot questions, and even hotter wings.
As of 19 September 2021 there have been fifteen seasons of Hot Ones produced with a total of 228 episodes. In 2018 Hot Ones won Best Non-Fiction Series at the Streamy Awards and the episodes on YouTube have been viewed more than 50 million times in total.
The Season 16 Lineup of Hot Ones hot sauces was announced by Sean Evans on 17 September 2021 with the first episode of Hot Ones Season 16 scheduled to premiere on Thursday, 23 September.

Sean Evans has just revealed the Hot Ones Season 12 hot sauce lineup and this season it features two hot sauce bottles with the Grim Reaper raising his sickle. A very ominous sign indeed. The dreaded Carolina Reaper is set to torture some new celebrities in the very near future.
Season 12 introduces hot sauces from Canada, Los Angeles, Nebraska, Florida, and tropical Costa Rica. A great diversity of places and a great diversity of peppers and HEAT! OK, lets jump into it.

Starting off in the lead off spot its The Classic with a blue label. Like many great things in life, this sauce was born from a mistake. When a batch of The Classic was accidentally mixed with ten times the amount of garlic in the recipe. Oooops! But it turns out it was delicious. Hot Ones Season 11 Hot Sauce Lineup Revealed Featuring Fiji Fire
Sean Evans today revealed the Hot Ones Season 11 Lineup which includes one of our favourite sauces Fiji Fire Native Bongo Chilli Hot Sauce.
The Hot Ones team are excited about the fact that they have invited a brand new “globetrotting” line up of hot sauces to the mix including hot sauces from Fiji and Australia.
ChilliBOM featured Fiji Fire Native Bongo Chilli Hot Sauce in the Summer 2019 Red Box which was out fastest selling subscription box to date. Sean Evans summed up Fiji Fire in this way:

Its Host Conquered A Carolina Reaper
Hot Ones couldnt just stick any ordinary Joe in the hosting seat and keep their fingers crossed they could handle the ensuing heat. No, they needed someone who could prove their worth, and Sean Evans performed. But, proving yourself at a place like Hot Ones means experiencing far more pain than pleasure.
How exactly does one go about embodying the cream that rises to the top? Well, confronting a Carolina Reaper head on is one sure-fire way, and Evans stepped into that Thunderdome battle and left with a victory under his belt. But, that capital V didnt come without battle scars.
Evans documented the firefight alongside Claus Pilgaard, a Danish entertainer known as Chili Klaus, and that dude loves spice. In fact, Evans describes him as the Michael Jordan of hot chilis. So, he brought Chili Klaus along for a Carolina Reaper-eating extravaganza at Jimmys No. 43 in New York Citys East Village to stare the spice equivalent of death straight in the eyes.
Within seconds of swallowing the peppers, both are covered in sweat, hiccuping uncontrollably, and looking as if they want to curl up into the fetal position. They sip beer to alleviate the burn and try desperately to think themselves into a frosty mindset .
In the end, however, they come out on top, and Evans, deservedly, now sits atop the throne of Hot Ones with a chili-encrusted crown upon his head.
