Delicious Easy Chicken Francese
This is an easy and delicious recipe for Chicken Francese. It’s great over pasta or rice or with a side of your favorite vegetable

|1 pound skinless, boneless chicken breast halves|
|½ cup white wine|
|1 teaspoon chopped fresh parsley|
|salt and pepper to taste|
|¼ cup butter|
|1 teaspoon cornstarch|
- Coat chicken with flour, then egg beat, then saute in a large skillet until almost cooked through. Drain on paper toweling.
- Preheat oven to 300 degrees F .
- In a medium saucepan combine the wine, broth, parsley, salt and pepper to taste, butter or margarine and lemon juice over medium low heat. Stir together while heating slowly. When butter or margarine has melted, slowly stir in cornstarch until sauce thickens slightly. Place chicken in a 9×13 inch baking dish and pour sauce over all.
- Bake at 300 degrees F for about 10 to 15 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through and juices run clear.

Saint Louis, MO On August 20th, in Chesterfield, Missouri, Marc Robinson and Lance Kaden accompanied the Chesterfield Chamber of Commerce in cutting the ribbon on opening day of Sauce on the Sides first franchise. Already showing much success in the first two weeks, Ryan Mangialardo, Brendon Maciariello, and Dan Porzel are happy to announce this is just the beginning. Sauce on the Side has officially opened the first franchise location, though 13 more locations are on schedule to open throughout the Midwest in the next few years.
Last month, Sauce on the Side celebrated the anniversary of six years with three corporate locations, but opening the first franchise made it their biggest milestone yet. Robinson and Kaden plan to open four more franchise locations throughout Missouri, giving this companys mission a voice and bringing it to life.
Sauce on the Side first opened in 2012 when business owners Mangialardo, Maciariello, and Porzel collaborated to fulfill a goal feed the community.

|6 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves|
|2 tablespoons butter|
|1 can chicken broth|
|1 lemon, juiced|
|6 slices lemon, for garnish|
|2 sprigs fresh parsley, for garnish|
- In a shallow dish or bowl, mix together the egg and juice of 1/2 lemon. In another shallow dish or bowl mix together the flour, garlic powder and paprika. Dip chicken breasts in egg mixture, then flour mixture.
- Heat butter or margarine in a large skillet over medium heat. Add chicken breasts and cook until golden on each side.
- In a medium bowl, mix together broth and juice of 1 lemon, and pour mixture over chicken in skillet. Reduce heat to medium low and let simmer for about 8 minutes. Place on serving platter, and garnish with fresh lemon slices and parsley sprigs.

When Sauce on the Side decided they needed a new website, they did a quick search on the web for local web design firms. There, their team saw a name they knew well Atomicdust.
Yes, thats right. They recognized us from our frequent lunch orders.
Sauce on the Side is a local calzone restaurant thats taken St. Louis by storm since it debuted in 2012. When we met with their team, they told us they wanted to provide a better online experience one that reflected the fresh quality of their food, and made it easier for guests to find details about their food and their locations. They also wanted to position the restaurant for even more growth as they explore franchising.
We were obviously familiar with their menu, but to get a better sense of the brand we decided we needed to visit each of their three area locations.
While each location has its own personality , we did see several common elements. There are striking murals by local artist Phil Jarvis, chalkboard-style menus and bright, bold lettering along with tasteful splatters around the menu boards that designate available sauce options. Yes, the sauces really are served on the side.
