Ive been a huge advocate of Levi Roots jerk sauce as the accompaniment to chicken even since he sang his way into Peter Jones undoubtedly giant heart.

But after tasting Walden Farmsbrilliant Honey BBQ concoction I feel I may be turning.

This is not what I would strictly call a sauce as in ketchup or Daddies but then youd have to pile on the sugar to make it thicker.

Ive been using this as a marinade or glaze.

Either add it to your chicken and leave it to marinate for a few hours beforehand or add it to your steak hache for the final 30 seconds of griddling and the result is simply delicious.

The perfect antidote to bland chicken and plain rice for the calorie-conscious bodybuilder.
