A Lighter Creamy Alfredo Sauce

One of the best things about this recipe is it uses New Bertolli Creamy Alfredo with Cauliflower & Milk. Its a combination of cauliflower, fresh milk, and aged parmesan for a lighter take on classic Alfredo sauce. Its a delicious sauce that you would expect from Bertolli but with half the fat and calories.

My family loved the taste and flavor of Bertolli Creamy Alfredo with Cauliflower & Milk. In fact, they didnt even realize it was made with cauliflower. It is a creamy alfredo sauce that you would expect from a brand like Bertolli.

Our family doesnt dine at nice sit down restaurants very often. With small children it becomes more of a challenge than a pleasure at times. Not to say I wouldnt enjoy a nice dinner out from time to time, but we often opt for kid-friendly restaurants where the kids are happier.

To make up for those dinners which dont necessarily WOW mom and dad I try to prepare restaurant quality dishes at home from time to time. One such dish is this One Pan Creamy Chicken Alfredo. This dish is roughly based off of a meal I had years ago at a fancy country club, and the price was fairly fancy too. I wanted to replicate the dish at home, it had a sauce that clung to the noodles, a really rich tasting sauce that satisfies your palate. What I didnt expect to discover was a time-saving recipe thats basically so simple that I can prepare it any night of the week.

Light a candle, play some soft music then serve a delicious plate of this One Pan Creamy Chicken Alfredo. You may just feel as though youve been transported to Italy and enjoying authentic Tuscan cuisine or perhaps just enjoy the moment and have a second helping!

How To Serve Alfredo Sauce

My husband and I like fettuccini Alfredo. Since I have a gluten sensitivity, I get fettuccini pasta thats gluten-free.

You can serve this however you like, but Ive found this to be the best way to serve this easy recipe.

After cooking the pasta and putting it on the plate or in the bowl, I scoop some pasta sauce over it. Then I top it with parmesan or a blend of parmesan and Romano.

Its always good to enjoy any pasta dish with a side salad or steamed vegetable. My husband also enjoys a slice of crusty Italian bread with butter.

Victoria Vegan Alfredo Sauce

Victoria Alfredo isnt the most classic of all jarred options, the addition of roasted garlic gives it a flavor profile that the other standard Alfredo sauces didnt have and the cashew cream definitely changed up the texture . And for that, we loved how much it stood out. If youre looking to shake things up, we suggest filling your cart with this sauce.

There are a variety of different things that you can use to substitute the heavy cream, however, the majority of these ingredients also alter the taste and texture of the dish. Using milk as a replacement for the heavy cream is our favorite option because it does not alter the taste and texture of the alfredo sauce.

Brands Of Alfredo Sauce In A Jar

Next time you go to the grocery store, peruse the Italian sauce aisle. Youll see some national brands, such as Bertolli Alfredo sauce, Raos homemade Alfredo sauce, Classico Alfredo sauce, Ragu Alfredo sauce, and generic store brands of Alfredo sauce. Ive found that these are all Alfredo sauces of good quality.

Based on my experience, theyre all delicious, even though they all taste different. I recommend trying all of them one at a time, of course.

Many of the brands offer a choice between creamy white sauce and tomato sauce based Italian sauce. You can also find more specific flavors, such as the creamy basil Alfredo from Bertolli.

My personal favorite is typically the one thats on sale because I know that Ill be making it my own sauce after adding a bunch of delicious ingredients.

The best part is that you can pick and choose how long prep will take you every time you make it, so Im sharing my easy short cuts below!

Now, lets get to making this pasta dinner with Bertolli:

  • Cook your pasta by following the directions on the box.
  • Cook your chicken on a stovetop skillet while you are cooking your pasta. I like to use chicken already cooked previously for another dinner or use cooked shredded chicken in my freezer.
  • Chop up cooked bacon and steamed broccoli. For this recipe, I normally use store bought cooked bacon crumbles and a freezer bag of broccoli that I microwaved. Both of these easy short cuts help make prep faster and means I can easily make this as a pantry meal. You can do it from scratch though if that works better for you!

Chicken Alfredo Pizza with Alfredo Sauce Recipe

This post is sponsored by on behalf of Bertolli, however, my opinions and the recipe are my own.

One dinner my whole family can agree on is pasta. Its quick and easy which during busy school nights is just what I need. This Easy Recipe Pasta Chicken Alfredo is a hit with my whole family. Pasta, chicken, spinach if you like and creamy alfredo sauce.

Sometimes I spice this up a bit with red pepper flakes or Cayenne, sometimes I blacken the chicken. Grabbing a rotisserie chicken makes this dinner so easy! As you can see by the photo, I used Bertolli ® Organic Creamy Alfredo Sauce, which is new to the market. Made with USDA organic ingredients, like fresh cream, milk, real butter, aged Parmesan and Romano cheeses, Bertolli ® Organic Creamy Alfredo Sauce is perfect for you pasta and casserole and even pizza dishes.

All I had to do was pour it over my pasta just before I placed it in the oven! Nice and easy! I also love that sauce is organic and Non-GMO, its one of the first organic Non-GMO Alfredo sauces to market from a national brand . Also just out is Bertolli® Organic Fire Roasted Garlic Marinara Sauce, which in my opinion, explodes with flavors. The finest ingredients went into making it as well, like plum tomatoes, extra virgin olive oil, and Romano Cheese. You can even combine the two new sauces and make a Rosa sauce, love that!

When was the last time you sat down with friends and family for a Sunday Supper? Summer is a great time to get together and catch up on life over a delicious meal. When our old neighbors started getting ready to move, we made a pact that we wouldnt leave a get together without putting the next one on the calendar. I think the meal that Im sharing today would be an awesome entree to enjoy for a Sunday Supper with friends.

One of my favorite pasta recipes is Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo, I decided to do a take on it featuring Bertolli® Creamy Alfredo with Cauliflower and Milk Sauce.

We are still a couple days away from getting our oven installed and I. Am. Ready. Weve been making meals utilizing our grill and other small appliances for the past 3+ months. Todays recipe features both the grill and the Air Fryer! Now, the grill isnt used in the traditional sense, but rather using the side burner to cook some delicious pasta. For the average user, your range is perfectly fine for cooking the pasta.

    • 1lb package skinless chicken tenderloins
    • 2 eggs
    • 1 pound fresh/refrigerated Fettuccine pasta
    • 1 jar Bertolli Creamy Alfredo with Cauliflower and Milk Sauce
    • Fresh Oregano for garnish
  • Whisk together two eggs in a bowl
  • In a separate bowl, combine the bread crumbs, garlic powder, and onion salt
  • Place the chicken in a singer layer of the Air Fryer
