If purchasing a Braiser isnt in the cooking cards right now, no sweat! Weve made this dish MANY TIMES in a basic low & deep sauce pan. Instead of finishing with a cheese broil, just add the mozzarella near the end of the cooking time so it melts on top in the sauce pan.

Pasta alla puttanesca requires little time and will coon be one of your favorite pasta recipes!

Here is how to make it step by step:

Making the sauce:

  • Heat the oil in a large skillet pan over a medium heat. Add the onion and shallot, lightly fry for 8-10 mins, or until soft. Add the garlic and chilli, if using, and cook for another minute.
