Mayonnaise A Certain Ingredient
The pink color comes from the addition of paprika. If you want to know how to make the Big Mac Sauce recipe, all the recipes most certainly use mayonnaise and pickle relish. It is believed that the original Big Mac sauce took 2 years to develop, remaining unchanged for more than 20 years. According to McDonalds though, the recipe has been tweaked in 1991 and remained the same till 2004.

First, measure out all of the ingredients in a small bowl. Mix them well.
I used frozen onions that were chopped but not enough.
So I poured them into my manual food chopper, pulled the string a few times, and they came out perfect!
After you mix the ingredients, cover the bowl. Now stick it in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours. Overnight is even better but not necessary.
Before you drizzle the sauce over your burger, give it a good stir to mix any of the ingredients that may have separated.
When Im making several burgers with McDonalds Big Mac sauce, I start by spreading some of it on the bottom buns. That way, you get even more of the flavor.

Vinegar 1 teaspoon of white vinegar adds a touch of acid to this recipe to cut the creaminess just slightly without adding much actual flavor to the sauce.

When McDonalds franchise owner Jim Delligatti first came up with his double patty, triple bun creation in 1967, he needed the perfect sauce to top it off. By 1968, the Big Mac® was launched nationally, and featured this delicious, creamy signature Big Mac® Special Sauce.
Over the next few years, the Big Mac Sauce ingredients were fine-tuned, and there were two different versions of the McDonalds Special Sauce being used.
