Creamy Fettuccine Cauliflower Alfredo is absolutely rich and bursting with flavor, gluten-free, and a healthier recipe of a classic comfort food dish!
Creamy Fettuccine Cauliflower Alfredo is one of those recipes you say really?
And I can tell you, really. This sauce is so close to the higher fat version filled with butter and cream, you really cant tell! But, since this recipe it is made with healthy ingredients like c-a-u-l-i-f-l-o-w-e-r and a plant-based milk, I was more than a bit skeptical.
One of my top goals for this website is to share healthier comfort food recipes. More indulgent straight up classic comfort foods will always be here, but lets admit we all need to lighten things up and eat well.
This post is sponsored by Good Karma Foods. All opinions are my own.
Healthier Alfredo sauce goals are possible! Once the blender stops, just know that the taste and texture of this alfredo sauce is absolutely right, creamy, and full of flavor. I licked the spoon over and over, for real. Yum!

How Do You Cook The Perfect Pasta
First of all, always be sure that your water is salted. You want the water to have plenty of salt so that your pasta is well seasoned when it comes out of the pot. The pasta should be cooked to al dente which is tender, but firm.
This is one of the easiest dinners you will make. Its perfect for the warmer months as well because it involves very little time over the hot stove but is hearty enough for the biggest appetites. I know Ill be making this shrimp alfredo pasta all the time now that my family fell in love with it!

Most Veratile: Bertolli Alfredo With Aged Parmesan Cheese Sauce
Because the main ingredient in this award-winning preservative-free Alfredo sauce is real cream, the product tastes just like a homemade sauce would. The dairy cream base is slow-simmered and lightly cooked with aged Parmesan and garlic to maintain bold flavors that really shine through in the finished product. Still, its not too heavy or gloppy. Instead, the texture is silky, coating noodles with just enough sauceno more, no less.
Bertolli Alfredo is ideal for using with meat and seafood pastas, as well as more creative pizza and potato dishes. In fact, the Bertolli website has a wealth of inspiration for using this Alfredo sauce with recipes like Caprese Eggs Benedict, Seared Chicken with Creamy Potatoes and Kale, and White Pizza with Creamy Alfredo and Italian Sausage.

The pot you use needs to be large enough to fit both the Alfredo sauce and the pasta, so choose accordingly. Heat the sauce over medium heat. Place the pan on a burner, turn the burner to medium, and let the sauce begin to heat. Stir it occasionally using a spatula or spoon to keep it from scorching on the bottom.

A couple years ago I started making Blackened Chicken Alfredo and its become a real family favorite. Using store-bought blackening seasoning, coat boneless, skinless chicken breasts and saute them for about 15-20 minutes in a little butter and/or olive oil. Slice them into thin strips and add them to a plate of alfredo pasta. You can also add sauteed broccoli and/or spinach.
If youve ever been to the Rainforest Cafe, they have this wonderful dish called Rasta Pasta. Its loaded with chicken strips, broccoli, red peppers, and spinach. The sauce is a mixture of basil pesto and alfredo sauce. If youve never tried this combo, youre in for a treat because its incredible!! Just add equal parts basil pesto and this alfredo sauce to hot pasta, toss, and serve with veggies and meat .
But pasta isnt the only thing you can serve this alfredo with! Remember those Olive Garden Style Breadsticks I made a few months back??? My absolute favorite thing to do with alfredo sauce is dip breadsticks in it!! It is SO GOOD!!!

#2. Next add your two cups of water, Knorr Chicken Stock Tub, and Alfredo Sauce. Stir this all until mixed together.
#3. Then add your raw shrimp then Noodles on top. Do not stir just pat the noodles down with a spatula until they are all under the sauce. *Note- if you decide on longer stringy noodles rather than Penne you will need to break the long noodles into three sections before placing in the pot. #5. Press the Pressure Cook button. Next, press Pressure Level button until you have selected High Pressure.
#6. Turn the timer on for 3 minutes. Once pressure builds up, the timer will start counting down. **Note this is when you would prepare your garlic bread and or side salad.
#7. After the timer has completed wait about one minute for the sauce to settle then turn the steam release valve to Venting for a quick release of steam. **Warning steam that is releasing is very hot and can burn you.
#8. Finally, after steam has released you can stir and serve. We add a little Tony Chacheres for added flavor!
