Following his military discharge in January 2021, Park is set to star in Happiness, an apocalyptic city thriller as an intelligent and honest violent crimes detective named Jung Yi-hyun, helmed by producing director Ahn Gil-ho and writer Han Sang-woon, who previously worked together on the television series, Watcher.

On October 12, 2021, it was reported and confirmed by United Artist Agency that Park had moved to the new agency P& Studio, which was established together with his managers who he has been with since ZE:A activities. The former agency further explained that UAA invested in the establishment of P& Studio for the actor to carry out more diverse activities, and will continue their strategic partnership.

How To Make Perfect Beef Stroganoff

Thinly slice the beef across the grain into small bite-size strips.

Season the beef with a little salt and pepper

Heat two tablespoons of cooking oil in a very large skillet, and then add in half of the beef strips.

Let brown, then flip and brown the other sides.

Remove, and then quickly brown the other steak pieces and set aside

Cook the onions until soft and translucent.

Stir in the mushrooms, cooking until tender

Add in the garlic, frying for two more minutes

Stir in the beef broth, deglazing the bottom of the pan by scraping up any browned bit, and then add the Worcestershire sauce

Submerge the egg noodles, bring to a boil and reduce to medium-low and a gentle simmer

Simmer until the noodles are cooked, topping up with beef broth as needed

Stir in the plated steak once the noodles are just about cooked, add in the sour cream, cream cheese, and then mix to combine

Serve garnished with fresh parsley

How To Make Homemade Beef Stroganoff

Mushroom Stroganoff Recipe
  • Saute mushrooms in butter with seasonings.
  • Once mushrooms have begun to break down, add in ground meat. Cook until the mushrooms and beef until beef is browned.
  • Drain off all but ½ tablespoon of the rendered fat from the pan, if needed.
  • Add in flour and cook for 1 minute to remove any raw flour taste and then add in red wine and cook the wine off for 1-2 minutes.
  • Slowly whisk in beef stock and milk.
  • Bring this mixture to a boil and then reduce heat to a simmer.
  • Allow to simmer covered for 15 to 20 minutes, or until sauce is thickened.
  • Stir in Worchestire sauce once and taste to season with salt and pepper.
  • Serve over egg noodles or mashed potatoes.

Winners of the 39th Korean Association of Film Critics Awards spoke about being recognized at this years ceremony!

The Korean Association of Film Critics previously announced this years award recipients in October, and the award ceremony was held on November 13 at the KG Tower in Seoul.

Park Hyung Sik won Best New Actor for his role in Juror 8. The actor is currently serving in the military and gave his award acceptance speech through a letter.

Add In Greek Yogurt + Sour Cream + Broth


When the vegetables are softened, add the last 2 tablespoons of flour to the pan and let it melt. Sprinkle the flour over the vegetables and toss everything together. This is the base of thickening your sauce.

Slowly add 1 cup of the beef broth to the pan with the flour and whisk everything together. Everything will thick up quickly.

Turn the heat to low and then add in the Greek yogurt and sour cream. Stir everything together until smooth and then slowly drizzle in the rest of the beef broth, worcestershire sauce and fresh thyme into the pan.

Stir everything together.

If the sauce seems too thick for your liking add in 1/2 cup more of broth or pasta water!

Saut Vegetables + Flour

Using the same pan as the beef, you want to add more butter and once melted you add the diced mushrooms. You want to mushrooms to get a little extra cook time before adding the onions and garlic.

The mushrooms will sauté and create a bit of brown bits on the pan and this is when you want to add the red wine to the pan to delaze and loosen those brown bits.

Once the wine has soaked up into the mushrooms, add the onion and garlic to the mixture and sauté them for 3-4 minutes.
